There is no contact form on this site, because a form means collecting and transmitting whatever you type, and this site chose to collect nothing at all. Writing from your own mail client leaves you in full control of what goes out.
Please do not include account information. No one-time codes, no passwords, no seed phrases, no private keys, and no photographs of identity documents. We do not need any of it and will never ask for it. If you need to show us a page, obscure anything relating to your own account before screenshotting.
What we will answer
These get proper attention
- Factual errors. Most welcome of all. Include the page URL, the sentence you think is wrong, and ideally the public source you are going by — that makes it much faster. Anything that holds up is fixed and logged on the corrections page.
- A tool returning the wrong result. Include your input (an address can be trimmed to a few characters at each end) and what you expected. The rules follow public specifications, so a mismatch is our problem.
- Content that has gone out of date. Platform rules, regulatory requirements and attack methods all move; tell us where something no longer matches reality.
- Subjects worth adding — within scope, which is cash-outs, scam avoidance and account security. The about page lists what is deliberately excluded.
- Republication and citation. Write and say what you have in mind.
What we cannot do
Stated bluntly, so you are not waiting on an answer that will not come.
Out of scope
- We cannot get an account or card released, and cannot appeal on your behalf. Those go through your bank, the platform's official channel, or the relevant authority where you live.
- We cannot recover transferred assets, offer any handling service, or take payment for anything. Anyone promising recovery or release in exchange for an upfront fee is the most concentrated second-scam channel there is.
- We cannot give legal advice. Anything involving legal process needs a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction.
- We will not label a specific platform or person a fraudster. That is a determination with legal meaning, requiring evidence and jurisdiction. This site deals in shapes and structures — the reasoning is in risk and disclaimer.
- We do not give investment advice, recommend assets, platforms or products, or forecast prices.
- We accept no paid placement, sponsored content or ranking arrangements. The site's only revenue is described on the disclosure page.
If your situation is "something has happened and I do not know what to do first", waiting for a reply is slower than reading the first 72 hours checklist — it branches by asset type and current state and gives a sequence you can act on immediately.
